Northern Flight (NFHRA) is a retriever club promoting the use and training of hunting retrievers as a conservation tool for sound management and use of all upland game and waterfowl. With us, you have the opportunity to train in a group of people and expand on your training abilities with your retriever.
OUR MISSION
We are a local Minnesota retriever club here to educate handlers, owners, and the general public about hunting retriever training and to conduct AKC hunt tests for those who wish to prove their dogs’ hunting abilities.
Northern Flight accomplishes this by hosting AKC hunt tests and conducting training nights every week over the summer. This gives us the opportunity to get together and train as a group. This offers your retriever the chance to see real hunting environments and testing scenarios.

This will wind up being an 8-hr club training day including both drills and full set-ups with a potluck lunch at Kettle River Retriever Group property (27846 Roberts RD Hinckley, MN 55037). See club Calendar for full Information after a new date is chosen.
First Training Day Announcement

Join us on April 22nd at 5pm for our first day of group training located at Joel & Barb Enoch's property (1052 3rd Ave, Deer Park, WI 54007). Look for Northern Flight signs at 3rd Avenue.
